Our Story
HR Focus was established in 2006 after identifying a growing need for small and medium sized businesses who do not have their own HR or Compliance teams. HR focus is based in Narellan and services clients all around Australia.

Belinda McLean: Before establishing HR Focus, Belinda has worked as a HR Professional in small & large size businesses in Sydney, and was employed as a HR Manager, HR Consultant in a wide variety of Industries including Health, Retail & Manufacturing. Belinda in university qualified with Masters, and Bachelor degrees and over 25+ years experience with people management.

Stephen Pauley: Stephen Joined HR Focus in 2014 to expand the services to include Safety and Compliance. Stephen is university qualified, and also has internationally recognised ISO Lead Auditor qualifications from Exemplar Global/pwc in the Quality, ISO, Environmental and Information Security standards.

Our client industries include; Professional / Legal Services, Construction, Horse Racing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing and Councils.
